1. What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet allows you to arrange multiple designs, logos, names, numbers, or repeated images on one larger printing sheet. After receiving your gang sheet, you can cut the transfers apart and press them individually. Gang sheets are a cost-effective option for clothing brands, print shops, schools, teams, organizations, and custom apparel businesses.

2. Should I build or upload my gang sheet?

Choose Build Your DTF Gang Sheet if you need to upload and arrange individual designs using our online builder. You can resize, duplicate, and position your artwork on the sheet.

Choose Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet if you already have a complete, correctly sized, print-ready gang sheet. Your uploaded file must match the exact dimensions of the gang sheet size ordered.

3. What artwork file should I upload?

Upload a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background at 300 DPI for the best printing results. Your artwork should be created at the intended print size and free from unwanted backgrounds, borders, shadows, or stray pixels.

Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork may produce lower-quality transfers. Please check your file carefully before submitting your order.

4. Will Fresh DTF edit or correct my artwork?

Artwork is generally printed exactly as submitted. Customers are responsible for checking image quality, dimensions, spelling, transparency, colours, and gang sheet placement before ordering.

If your file requires background removal, resizing, recreation, or another correction, an additional artwork fee may apply. Artwork issues may also delay production.

5. How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the size of your order, artwork quality, and current production volume. Files containing artwork problems may delay production while we contact you for clarification.

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Do you offer local pickup or walk-in ordering?

No. Fresh DTF is a shipping-only online DTF printing service. We do not offer storefront shopping, walk-in ordering, or local pickup.

All orders must be placed through our website and will be shipped to the delivery address entered during checkout.

7. How should I apply my DTF transfers?

A commercial heat press is recommended for consistent temperature and pressure. Follow the instructions provided on our DTF Pressing Instructions page and make sure your garment is suitable for heat application.

Heat presses and fabrics can perform differently, so we recommend testing one transfer before beginning a complete production run.

8. Do you sell individual ready-to-press designs?

Fresh DTF currently specializes in custom DTF gang sheet printing. But we do also have a wide variety of pre-made designs that you can order separately or add to your existing gang-sheets.

We also plan to offer DTF supplies and related printing products as our online selection grows.
