These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fresh DTF website and any order placed through it. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or place an order.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, copy, or misuse any part of the website.

2. Products and Services

Fresh DTF provides custom DTF gang sheet printing and may introduce ready-to-press designs, DTF supplies, and related products in the future.

We may update, change, limit, or discontinue a product or service without notice. Product images are provided for general reference and may not represent exact printed colours.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and Fresh DTF has confirmed or begun fulfilling it. We may cancel or refuse an order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, artwork concerns, pricing errors, or product availability.

4. Customer Artwork

Customers are responsible for submitting correctly sized, high-resolution, print-ready artwork.

Artwork should be submitted as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI whenever possible. Fresh DTF generally prints artwork exactly as submitted and is not responsible for customer-created errors, including:

• Incorrect sizing

• Low resolution

• Pixelation or blurriness

• Spelling errors

• Unwanted backgrounds

• Incorrect colours

• Missing design elements

• Incorrect gang sheet layouts

• Designs placed outside the printable area

Artwork editing or correction is not automatically included and may require an additional fee.

5. Artwork Ownership and Permission

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs do not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

Fresh DTF may refuse or cancel any order containing artwork that appears unlawful, offensive, harmful, or unauthorized.

You retain ownership of your original artwork. Uploading a file gives Fresh DTF permission to use it only as necessary to review, process, print, and fulfill your order.

6. Colour and Print Variations

Colours displayed on phones, monitors, and tablets may differ from printed results. Variations can occur because of screen settings, artwork colour profiles, materials, equipment, and the DTF printing process.

Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless a separate colour-matching service has been confirmed in writing.

Minor differences in colour, placement, dimensions, or finish that are normal within custom printing are not considered defects.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact kris@freshlypressedprinting.com immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has started. Custom-printed products created from customer-submitted artwork may not be cancelled or refunded once production is underway, except where required by applicable law.

8. Production and Shipping

Production time depends on artwork quality, order size, and current production volume. Artwork problems, missing information, or payment issues may delay an order.

Fresh DTF is a shipping-only online business. We do not offer storefront shopping, walk-in ordering, or local pickup.

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fresh DTF is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, customs delays, or packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because DTF gang sheets are custom printed, returns and refunds may be limited. Products containing customer-created artwork errors are not considered defective.

If Fresh DTF makes a verified printing or fulfillment error, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Transfer Application

Customers are responsible for following the provided DTF Pressing Instructions and confirming that their garments are suitable for heat application.

Fresh DTF is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect temperature, pressing time, pressure, peeling, unsuitable fabrics, inaccurate equipment, or failure to follow the instructions. Testing is recommended before completing a full production run.

11. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, images, availability, or other information will always be complete or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when necessary.

12. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, or other functions. Fresh DTF is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security, or actions of independent third-party providers.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Infringe intellectual-property rights

• Submit false or misleading information

• Upload viruses or harmful code

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Collect another person’s information without permission

• Interfere with the website’s security or operation

• Place fraudulent orders

We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited activity.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh DTF does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Fresh DTF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, customer-submitted artwork, transfer application, carrier delays, or product use.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

Fresh DTF may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
