File Requirements

For the best printing results, your gang sheet should be:

• A high-resolution PNG file

• Created at 300 DPI

• Designed at the exact size ordered

• Saved with a transparent background

• Free from unwanted borders or backgrounds

• Arranged with enough space for cutting

• Clear and free from pixelation

• Submitted in the normal reading direction

Do not mirror your artwork.

Make sure all designs remain inside the printable area. Artwork extending beyond the selected sheet dimensions may be cut off.

Review Your Gang Sheet

Before uploading, confirm:

• The sheet dimensions are correct.

• Every design is the intended size.

• Nothing is overlapping.

• Spelling and colours are correct.

• No artwork is missing or accidentally duplicated.

• All unwanted backgrounds and stray pixels are removed.

• You have permission to reproduce every design.

Fresh DTF is not responsible for errors already included in customer-submitted artwork. Background removal, resizing, recreation, or file correction is not automatically included and may require an additional fee.
